Finding the right person to participate in your clinical study is critical to your study success. ARI understands your patient recruitment requirements, as we have been matching patients to clinical trials for over 18 years. ARI conducts patient recruitment to sponsor and protocol specifications in a timely manner while assuring each enrolled patient meets all inclusion/exclusion criteria. Our dedicated volunteer recruitment contact center, knowledge of the population, strategic use of advertising and extensive Physician Network allows us to maintain a large patient database and accelerate recruitment timelines.
ARI’s recruiting department discards the industry standard of ‘one-size fits all’ policy. We tailor the approach to the geographic region and population in question. This ensures that our fully bilingual (English and Spanish) recruiters will use study specific advertising whenever necessary.
We have a large database of healthy volunteers and special populations in excess of 33,000 subjects. In addition to an extensive database of volunteers to call upon, we work closely with our network of physicians and specialists.
Proper measures are taken by our medical screening department to carefully screen subjects to meet the specific requirements for your protocol to ensure a successful trial.
